ProMasonry Cure & Seal is a water based, low odor, acrylic curing, sealing and dust reducing compound that meets ASTM C309 Type 1Class A or B.

Spray or roller apply to new concrete and other cementitious materials to improve curing and reduce surface dusting.


  • Water based, low odor, non-flammable.
  • Minimizes cracking due to rapid drying shrinkage. Helps materials achieve peak physical properties.
  • Will not yellow.
  • Less maintenance, healthier environment for people and equipment.
  • Reduces spalling and flaking. Minimizes staining of surface.
  • Water vapor permeable.
  • Once cured will not be affected by water.
  • Spray with low pressure sprayer.


  • Remove loose and deteriorated material, laitance, dirt, dust, oil and any surface contaminants that will inhibit proper penetration.
  • Freshly placed materials must be sound and properly finished.
  • Protect adjacent areas from overspray.

Priming is not necessary.

Stir or shake container.


  • Spray, roll, or brush ProMasonry Cure & Seal in a continuous uniform 6 mils. wet application.
  • For roller applications use a 3/8 - 1/2 inch synthetic nap roller depending on texture of substrate.
  • For spray applications use a low pressure sprayer.
  • For curing apply 1 coat.
  • To seal and dustproof, 2 coats are required.
  • Apply in 2 passes at 90 to one another to ensure complete coverage.
  • The second coat may be applied after construction work is complete and ready for occupancy.


  • Allow drying 4 hours @ 72F for light foot traffic and between coats.
  • Allow 24 hours @ 72F for normal traffic.

Clean tools and equipment with water.


  • 1 and 5 gallon containers.
  • 18 months in unopened containers.
  • Protect from freezing.
  • Transport and store in cool, clean, dry conditions in unopened containers.
  • High temperature will reduce shelf life.


  • Do not apply unless substrate and ambient temperature can be maintained at a minimum of 40F for 8 hours. Refer to ACI Cold Weather Application Guidelines.
  • Protect from moisture for 8 hours.
  • Do not apply to frozen substrates.

  • 250 - 300 ft.2/gal. depending on porosity of treated surface.
  • Second coat coverage approximately 350 ft.2/gal.
  • Apply a test sample to determine actual coverage.


  • Product is alkaline.
  • Do not ingest.
  • Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
  • Refer to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for additional information.


  • In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water.
  • For eye contact, flush immediately with a high volume of water for at least 15 minutes and contact a medical professional.
  • For respiratory problems remove person to fresh air. If respiratory difficulty persists, contact a medical professional.

Dispose of material in accordance with local, state or federal regulations.

Conproco Corp. warrants this product for one year from date of installation to be free from manufacturing defects and to meet the technical properties on the current technical data sheet if used as directed within shelf life. User determines suitability of product for use and assumes all risks. Buyers sole remedy shall be limited to the purchase price or replacement of product exclusive of labor or cost of labor.
